What is an investment waitlist?

If an investment has been completed or oversubscribed, investors can join the Waitlist to be notified if a position becomes available in the private secondary market.

There is no obligation to complete the investment once a position is available - and joining the waitlist helps uncover opportunities for additional investment with the investment manager.
